ZNTRAL
Hospitals still run on fragmented systems and paper trails more often than you’d expect, and that friction slows down coordination between departments while raising the risk of costly errors. Most ERPs built for healthcare don’t help much either. Their interfaces are dense and unintuitive, making it harder, not easier, for doctors, nurses, and admin staff to get through their day.
I redesigned ZNTRAL’s ERP around real clinical workflows, not generic enterprise patterns. A centralized Personnel Page, a consolidated Patient Page for medical records, an integrated Calendar, and real-time Chat bring the whole team onto one system instead of five disconnected ones.
